AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
. claims.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas.
Section 1. That the sum of $24,873.28 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Paving Fund in the City Treasury
i
in payment of the following claims:
The Farmers National Bank,
Temporary Note ##6, and interest on same 3283.50
Temporary Note ##9, and interest on same 3391,42
Temporary Note ##10, and interest on same 18,198.36
i
Total - - - - - -- 24,873.28
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
