AN ORDINANCE eliminating and excluding from the corporate limits of
the City of Salina a certain tract of land.

BE IT ORDAINED by the board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the following described tract of land which was
Included within and taken into the corporate limits of the City of

Salina under the provisions of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3785 be
and the same is hereby removed and excluded from the corporate limits
of the Citv of Salina, Kansas, said tract being described as follows:
Ten acres more or less in the Northwest Quarter of Section one
I
(1) Township Fourteen (14) South, Range three (3) West of Sixth
Principal Meridian, described as follows: Commencing at a point
Twelve Hundred Seventy (1270) feet east and Three Hundred Fifteen
and seven -tenths (315.7) feet north of the Southwest corner of the
Northwest Quarter of Section One (1) Township Fourteen (14) south,
Range Three (3) west of the Sixth rrincipal Meridian, being the
northeast corner of College Court Addition to Salina; thence running
west parallel with the south line of said 14uarter Section Ten Hundred
Forty Eight (1048) feet more or less to the center of the channel of
Dry Creek: thence down the center of the channel of Dry Creek to a
point Seven Hundred Thirty Six(736) feet north of said south line of
said quarter section; thence east parallel with said south line of
said quarter section Nine Hundred '-�hirty (930) feet more or less to
the west line of the public road known as Fifth Street; thence south
on said line four hundred twenty and three -tenths (420.3) feet to place
of beginning.
Section 2. this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication in the official city paper.
