4094 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 4094 AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of $318.29 from the Gypsum Hill Lot Owners Endowment Fund for the purchase of United States Government Bonds in accordance with the provisions of Ord- inance No. 3530. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Com7issioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $318.29 be and the same is here- by appropriated out of the funds now in the City Treasury to the credit of the Gypsum Hill Lot Owners Endowment Fund, which has been paid in in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 3530 for the purpose of purchasing from Planters State Bank, United States Government four and one-fourth (4-1/4/) per cent Bonds of the par value of $318.29 with accrued interest thereon, said bonds when purchased to be held by the City Treasurer in accordance with the provisions of said Ordinance No. 3530. Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant for the amount mentioned in the fore- going section, drawn upon the City Treasurer and countersigned by the City Manager, for the purpose mentioned in the foregoing section.
