ORDINANCE NO. 4514

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain _
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the board of Commissioners of theCity of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1740.72 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Library Fund in the City Treasury for the
payment of the following claim:
Henry H. Eberhardt, City Appropriation for Library
Treasurer Fund $1740.72
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.

Salina, Kansas:

is hereby appropriated out of the Library Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claim:

Treasurer Fund $1740.72
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue aviarrant countersigned by the City
%Tanager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim men-
tioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
