AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1200.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Library Fund for the payment of the following
claim:
Henry H. Eberhardt, Treasurer Appropriation for
of Salina Public Library Library Fund $1200.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordingnce shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of (bmmissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1200.00 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Library Fund for the
payment of the following claim:
