ORDINANCE NO, 4497
AN ORDITIANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $274.28 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Rand Fund for the payment of the following
claim:
Salina Municipal Band
Appropriation
$274.28
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

appropriated out of the Band Fund for the payment of the following
claims

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
