AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
j claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
I Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $425.95 br and the "ame is hereby
appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the
i
payment of the following claim:
Lyon Plumbing Company: Final Estimate for construction
I
of Lateral Sanjtary Sewer
No. 170 $ 425.95
Section 2. That the 'director of Finance be and he is hereby
i
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in
r
Section One (1) of this ordinance.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $425.95 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claim:
Lyon Plumbing Company, Final Estimate for construction
of Lateral Sanitary Sewer No. 170 $425.95
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim men-
tioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
