AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain moneys from certain
funds or accounts to certain other funds or accounts in the City
Treasury,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated
and transferred from the Unexpended Balance Account in the General
Fund of the City of Salina to the account of the Administration and
Finance Department in said General Fund the sum of $1377.19.
Section 2. That there be and there is hereby appropriated and
transferred from the account of the Administration and Finance Depart-
ment of the General Fund of the City of Salina to the accounts of the
following departments or funds of said General Fund the following amounts
to -wit:
To the Building Department the sum of 232.28
To the Police Department the sum of 1281.25
To the Street Department the stun of 1464.59
To the Milk Inspection Department the sum 16.37
To the City Court Department the sum of 1858.92
Section 3. That there be and there is hereby appropriated and
transferred from the Paving Intersection Fund to the General Bonds
and -Coupons Fund in the City Treasury the sum of $4473.2.6.
Section 4. That the City Clerk and City Treasurer of the City
of Salina are hereby authorized and directed to make the transfers
authorized by the preceding sections of this ordinance and to make such
entries on their books as may be necessary to transfer to the funds or
accounts above designated the amounts specified in such preceding sections
hereo.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
