BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Sal'na, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $130.70 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Relief Highway Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of a certain claim incurred for labor in the construction, maintenance and operation of City streets, avenues or boulevards, showing to whom and for what purpose the claim is paid. RELIEF HIGHWAY FUND Chas. E. Banker, City I-lerk Cash paid out for labor #130.70 Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to issue a r.rarrant countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
