AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That.the sum of $615.34 be -and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the General Improvement Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of certain claims, showing to whom, and for what
purpose the claim is paid.
GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FTTND
E. L. Larson Lumber & Coal Co. For Cement $330.72
The Eberhardt Lumber Co. For Cement 284.62
Total - - - - - $615.34
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section
1 of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
