4474 AppropriationsORDINANCE N0. 4474 AN ORDINANCE appropriating certain money from the Sinking Fund for the purchase of bonds to be held in the Investment Account of such fund* BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commisdioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $4,066.28 be and the same to hereby appropriated from the Sinking Fund of the City of Salina, Kansas, for the purchase of Bonds numbered 30, 36,43 and 57 of the issue of Refunding Bonds dated January 1, 1934, with the accrued interest thereon to this date, said bonds being now owned by the City of Salina, Kansas, and subject to sale, and to be held after such purchase in the investment account in such fund. Section 20 That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer, payable to the City of Salina, for the amount and for the purpose provided for in Section 1 of this ordinance.
