4468 AppropriationsX50' ORDITTANCE N0, 4468 BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $7,073.36 be and the same is hereby appropriated from the Firemens Relief Fund of the City of Salina, to the City of Salina, Kansas, for the purchase of Bonds numbered 6, 240 35, 42, 505 56 and 63 of the issue of Refunding Bonds dated January 1, 1934, with the accrued interest thereon to this date, skid bonds being now owned by the City of Salina, Kansas and subject to sale, and to be held after such purchase in the investment account in such fund. Section 2. That t)ie Director of Finance shall be and he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer, payable to the City of Salina, for the amount and for the purpose provided for in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
