Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $2,218.89 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Waterworks Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claims.
Alfred Lingres, For full and final payment on General
Contract for garage and storage build-
ing, (Waterworks Department) - - - - -$ 2173.38
Chas. W.Shaver, Balance due for architectural work
on garage and storage building
(Waterworks Department) - - - - - - - $ 45.51
Total - - - - - $ 2218.89
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
