Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated
and transferred from the Sewer Fund in the City Treasury, to the
7aterworks Fund in the City Treasury, the sum of :61,157.74 in
pa.ynent of certain temporary- notes heretofore issued in payment
of certain_ sewer work, and Which temporary notes Were heretofore
purchased by and held in the Sinking Fund, or Investment Account

to be redeemed and paid out of the funds realized from the sale
of bonds issized for the payment of such work, from grant,allotments
