Section 1. 'hat the sum of ;2,100.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Library Fund in the City 'Treasury in payment
of the following claim:
Henry 11. Eberhardt, City Treas. Appropriation for Library
+ Fund $2100.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
-the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned- it Section

(1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINLD bN the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of;,2,100.00 be and the
same is here ,,by appropriated out of the Library Fund in the
City Treasury in payment of the following claim:
Henry H. Eberhardt.. City Treas. Appropriation for Library
Fund 42100.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section (1) of this ordinance.
