AN ORDINANCE authorizing the appropriation and transfer of certain
money from the `,"daterworks Department Fund to the Public Works
Administration, Docket No. 2928, "Force Account Fund."

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated and
transferred rom the Waterworks Fund to the Public Works Adminis-
tration, Docket Number 2928 "Force Account Fund` as created by
Section 1 of Ordinance Number 4348 the sum of $3,987.15.
Section 2. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to deposit in the National Bank of America of Salina,
Kansas, the depositary designated in Section 3 of Ordinance No.
43481 the said sum of $3,987.15 to be kept and accounted for and
expended as provided for in said. Ordinance Number 4348.
:-)ection 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in Force
from and after its passage.
