4445 AppropriationsORDINANCE N0, 4445 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINIM by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $625.64 be and the same is hereby appropriated to L. C. Ahart, Contractor, from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate for mate6ials furnished and labor performed in the construction of sidewalk improve- ments on the south side of Crawford Avenue from the east line of Sherman Street to the east curb line of Hancock Street, as provided by Ordinance No. 4413, under contract dated June 25, 1934, Section 2, That a Temporary Note of the Cit-, T of Salina, Kansas, be issued. for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section. One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before two years from date and to draw interest at the rate of four per cent per annum. Section 3.
