BE 1T ORDA-IIIED by the Board of Commissioners of tYie City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $19,345.11 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Corinpany from the Special
Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate
for rne-terial furnished snd labor performed in the construction of
pavin7 ir':provernents
prior to August 6 1934, in accordance with
contract dated May 31., 1934*
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas.,
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance., said Temporary Note to be payable on or before
30 -lays from "ate and to draw in-terest at the rate of four 4,0
per cent Per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and- be in force
from and after Its passage.

AN ORDIN�'.NCE making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDILINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $19,345.11 be and the same
is 1-lereby appropriated to H. J. 'Taylor Construction Company from
the Special raving Fund in the City Treasury for the :payment of
Final Estimate for material furnished and labor performed in
the construction of paving improvements, prior to Aug, 6, 1934,
in accordance with contract dated May 3, 1934.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of
Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be
payable on or before 30 dais from date and to d:?aw interest
at the rate of four (4%) per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take efreet and be
in force from and after its passage.
