That the sum of $2,008.62 be and the same is hereby I appropriated from the Firemans Relief Fund of the City of Salina, to the City of Salina, Kansas, for the purchase of Bonds Number 18 and 41 of the issue of Refunding Bonds dated January 1, 1934, with j the accrued interest thereon to this date, said bonds being now owned by the City of Salina, Kansas and subject to sale, and to be held after such purchase in the Investment Account of such fund. Section 2. That the Director of Finance shall be and he is here- by authorized to issue a `-Tarrant countersi,;ned by the City Mana er iipon the City `'reasurer, payable to the City of Salina, for the amoiint and for the purpose provided for in Section 1 of this ordinance.
