AN O ��TTdANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE 17 ORDATUIED BY THE BOARD OF COZY MISS I ONTEF_SOF THE CITY OF UAL7,rA
KANSAS.
Section 1. That the sum of 20,326.10 be and '-he same is
herebs�� appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from
the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of
Estir-ate Number S, for material and labor furnished in the cofi-
struction of , av _ng i provements prior to July 2, 1934, under
contract dated May 33, 1933,
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned 3n
Section On e(1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be
payable on or before 2 months from date and to drain interest at
the rate of four (40) per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

claim.
BE IT ORDiiI+I-iD by the Board of -Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 0200326.10 be and the same
is hereby appropria ted to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from
the Special PavinS Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of
Estimate Number 2 ,for material and labor furnished in the con-
struction of paving improvements prior to July 2, 1934, under
contract dated tiay 3, 1933.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be ssued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or
before 2 months months from date and to draw interest at the
rate of four (4%) per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
