for the payment of a certain claim incurred for labor required and
necessary in the construction, maintenance and operation. of City
Streets, avenues apt boulevards, showing to whom, and for what
purpose the claim is paid.

BE r2 O tDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section1. That the sum of $72.60 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Relief Highway Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of a certain cla im incurred for
labor required and necessary in the construction, maintenance and
operation of City Streets, avenues or boulevards, showing to whom,
