All ORDITIANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
BE IT (',RDA,=l,ED by the Board of Commissioners of theCity of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of w8514.33 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Bonds & Interest Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claims:
J. J. Rhodes, State Treas. Bonds, Interest, Commission
Fr. Kansas Fiscal Agent and postage due July 1,'34 $ 7424.33
J. J. Rhodes, State Treas. Bonds & Interest due School
Fund July 1, 1934 4 1090.00
:T 6514.33
Section 2. That the Director of r'inance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:

hereby appropriated out of the 'fonds & Interest Fund in the City
Trea2ury for the payment of the following claims:
J. J. Rhodes, State Treas. & Bonds, Interest, Commission
Kansas Fiscal Agent and postage due July 1, 1934 X424.38
J.J. Rhodes, Sate Treasurer Bonds & interest due
School Fund July 1, 1934:
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
