ORDII-JANCE NO. 4425
Vection 1. `hat the sum of $2043.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated from the F'iremans Relic' Fund of the City of Salina, to
the City of Salina, 1Lansas, for the purchase of Bonds No. 12 and 55
of the issue of Refunding; Bonds dated January 1, 1034, with the
accrued interest thereon to this date, said bonds being now owned
by the City of Salina, Kansas and subject to sale, and to be held
after such purchase in the investment account in such fund.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager,
upon the City Treasurer, payable to the City of Salina, for the
amount and for the purpose provided for in Section 1 of this
ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
after its passage.

AN OR:)INANCE a ppropriating certain money from the Fireman's
Relief Fund for the purchase of bonds to be held in the
Investment Account of such fund.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas=
Section 1. That the sum of X2043.80 be and the same is
hereby appropriated from the Firemans Relief Fund of the City of
Salina, to the City of Sala_na, Kansas, for the purchase of
Bonds No. 12 and 55 of the issue of Refunding Bonds dated
January 12 1934, with the accrued interest thereon to this
date, said bonds being now owned by the City of Salina, Kansas
and subject to sale, and to be held after such purchase in the
investment account in such fund.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance shall be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
