ATI ORDIIIANCE making an appropriation for the payment of miscellaneous
claims from Public Works Administration Docket No, 2928

BE IT uRDATNED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $752.64 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of "Public Works Administration Docket No, 2928
Force Account Fund", for the payment of the following claim, relating
to the construction of watermains in Ninth Street:
The Road Supply and Metal Company Culvert, Bands &
Pipe 752.64
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
