AN ORDIT ANCE requiring the payment of compensation of the City of
Sal'na by any person, firm or corporation selling or dispensing
gasoline at the Ualina Municipal Airport and providing a penalty
for the violation of this ordinance.

Kansas:
Section 1. No person, firm or corporation shall. sell or dispense
gasoline, either from pumps or tank wagons, or from barrels, cans
or otherwise, upon or from the premises occupied by `the Salina
Municipal Airport, without paying to the City of Salina as compensa-
tion for such right the following amounts:
For the sale of g asoline for aircraft use only tank wagons,
barrels, cans or other containers, or from pumps installed upon
said premises, the sum of "`'25.00 per year, or pert '-hereof, which
payment shall cover a period expiring December 31st following the
date when such payment becomes due, which shall-nelude the right
to install and maintain a gasoline pump for such plzrpose, provided
that no such pump shall be located on said airport except at a
location desi,rmated by the City Engineer, and approved by the
City Manager of the City of Salina, and provided that the type of
equipment and method of installation shall be first approved by
the City Engineer.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to sell or dispense gasoline, for any purpose whatso-
ever, at or from the premises occupied by the Salina Municipal
Airport owned by the City of Salina, 1-ansas, without first paying
the compensation herein provided for, and any person, firm or
corrir>rati.on or any agent, servant, employee or representative
thereof who shall violate any provision of thisordinance shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be
f"ned not less than $25.00 nor more than 5100.00 for each offense
and each day upon which any such violation is committed, it shall
be deemed a separate offense.
gection 3. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate
any provis^ ons of this ordinance may be denied the use of said
Salina Municipal Airport f -r any purpose whatsoever., and any
equipment or property belonging to any such person may be removed
from said airport premises by the person in charge of said air-
port, or by any officer of the City of Salina.
-Section 4. This section, shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city paper.

BE I`I' ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas=
Section 1. No person, firm or corporation shall sell or
dispense gasoline, either from pumps or tank wagons, or from
barrells, cans or otherwise, upon or from the premises Occupied
by The Salina Municipal Airport, without paying to the C1ty of
Salina as compensation for such right the following amounts:
