4419 Appropriations244 ORDI-i_ANCE NO. 4419 i AN ORDINANCE making; an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Sal'na, i Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $9,033.84 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate for material furnished and labor performed in the construction of Storm Sewer No. 9-B, under contract dated -November 27, 1933, Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before two months from date and to draw interest at the rate of four (4f) per cent per annum.
