4417 Appropriations242 ORDINANCE N0, 4417 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain i claim. Be it ord&ined by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That -the sum of 1,586.95 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate Number 1, for material furnished and labor performed in the construction of paving improvements prior to June 1, 1934, under contract dated May 3, 1934, Section 2. That a Tempmrary TZote of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before four months from date and to draw interest at the rate of four (40) per cent per annum. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. Attest: Passed and approved, June 4, 1934 Chas. E.
