AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation from the Relief Highway Fund
for the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDA`UED by the Board of Corriissioners of the City of Salina,

Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $135.23 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Relief Highway Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of a certain claim incurred for labor required and
necessary in the construction, maintenance and operation of City
streets, avenues or boulevards, showing to whom, and for what purpose
the claim is paid.
RELIEF HIGMVAY FUND
Chas. E. Banker, City Clerk Cash paid out for labor 135.23
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
aut)xorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

Salina, Kansas :

City Treasury for the payment of a certain claim incurred for
labor required and necessary in the construction, maintenance
and operation of City streets, avenues or boulevards, showing
to whom, and for what purpose the claim is paid.
