BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $5,404.68 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the various funds in the City Treasury 'or the payment of miscellaneous claims, showing to whom and for what purp:,se the claim is paid.
