AN ORDINAITC7, authorizing the appropriation and t ransf er of certain
money from the 71aterworks Department Fund to the Public Vlorks
Administration Docket Number 2928 "Force Account Fund

-DAI-YE1) by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there Is hereby appropriated
transferred from the Waterworks Department Fund to the Public
Works Administration., Docket Number 2928., "Force Account Fund"
as created by Section 1 of Ordinance Number 4348 the sum of $7,000.00.
Section 2. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to deposit in the National Bank of America of Salina,
Kansas, the depositary designated In Section 3 of Ordinance Number
4.348 the said sum of �,67V000.00 to be kept and accounted for and
expended as provided for in said Ordinance No. 4348.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
after its passage,

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the appropriation and transfer of certain
money from the Waterworks Department Fund to the Public
Works Administration Docket Number 2928, "Force Account
Fund."
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated
and transferred from the Waterworks Department Fund to the Public
Works Administration, Docket Number 2928, 'Force Account Fund" as
created by Section 1 of Ordinance Number 4348 the sum of
$7,000.00.
Section 2, The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and

4348 the said sum of 47,000.00 to be kept and accounted for and
expended as provided for in said Ordinance No. 4348.
