AN OR DINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
c laiti.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $10,684.50 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the
Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final

Estimate, for material i'urnished and labor performed in the con-
struction of Storm Sewer No. 9-A, under contract dated October 26,
1934,
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, oe issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to oe payable on or
before four monthsq from date and to draw interest at the rate of
four (4f) per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $102684.50 be and the
same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company
from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for thepayment
of Final Estimate, for material furnished and labor performed in
the construction of Storm Sewer No. 9-A, under contract dated October
26, 1934.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of
Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be
payable on or before four months from date and to draw interest
at the rate of four (4/) per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall tLke effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
