J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate Number 2, for material rurnisted and labor performed in the con- struction of Storm Sewer No. 9-B, prior to May 1, 1964, under con- tract dated November 275, 1933. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before tour months from date and to a raw -interest at the rate of four (4%) per cent per annum. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sun of $12,887.16 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate Number 2, for material furnished and labor performed in the construction of Storm Sewer No. 9-B, prior to May 1, 19342 under contract dated November 27, 1933. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before four months from date and to draw interest at the rate of four (4%) per cent per annum.
