AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of :alina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of X2,405.60 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of various funds in the City treasury for
the payment of miscellaneous claims, showing: to whom and for what
purpose the claim is paid.
AIRPORT FUND
Chas. E. Banker, City Clerk, Cash paid out for labor 105.60
LIBRARY FUND
Henry H. Eberhardt, City Appropriation from 1933
Treasurer taxes $ 2300.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned
in S4ction One (1) of this ordinance.
Vection 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
