BE IT ORDAII7ED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Ssl ina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated
and transferred from the Waterworks Fund to the "Public Works
Administratinn, Docket No. 2928, Force Account Fund" as created by
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 4348 the sum of $10,000.00.
Section 2. The City Treasurer is hereb, authorized and
directed to deposit in the National Bank of America of Salina, Kansas,
the depositary designated in Section 3 of Ordinance No. 4348 the said
sum of $10,000.00 to be kept and accounted for and expended as pro-
vided for in said Ordinance No. 4348.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
after its passage.

An ordinance authorizing the gpropriation and transfer of certain
money from the Waterworks Department Fund to the Public Works
Administration, Docket No. 2928, Force Account Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:

Section 1. AMe be and there is hereby appropriated and
transferred from the Waterworks Fund to the "Public Works Adminis-
tration, Docket No. 2928, Force Account Fund"as created by Section
1 of Ordinance No. 4348 the sum of $10,000.00.
Section 2. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed
