claims from the "Public Works Administration Docket No. 2739,
Contract Account Fund".
BE 1T ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina
Kansas:
Section 1. That the
sum of 2089.02 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the "Public
Works Administration, Docket No. 2739,
Contract Account Fund" f'or
the payment of the following claims:
Johnson Bros. Construction
For amount due on final estimate
Company
(less 10% withheld as per con-
tract) for the reconstruction
of pumping station of waterworks
system of the City of Salina -- - 144.00
Johnson Bros.Construction

For amount due on final estimate
( being 10% of total amount due
under contract and heretofore
retained) for reconstruction of
pumping station of waterworks

Waterworks Department of
the City of Ualina For reimbursement of amount

due him for architect fees and
supervision in connection with

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of claims mentioned in Section 1
of this ordinance; Provided, that the warrant for X1537.52 to Johnson
Bros. Construction Company as above provided for shall not be delivered
until the expiration of ten days from this date.
vection 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,

Docket No. 27393, Contract Account Fund" for the payment of the
