Section 1. 'shat the sum of $627.71 be and the same Is hereby
appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks Department Fund
of the City of Salina to the "Public �"forks Administration, Docket
No. 2739, Contract Account Fund" as created by 6ection 1 of
urdinance No. 4348.
Section 2. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to deposit in the National Bank of America, Salina,
Kansas, said sum of 4627.71 in the account in said bank, known
as "Public Works Administration Docket No. 2739, Contract Account"
as created and authorized by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 4338.
Section. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

AIv ORDINAY CE appropriating and transferring certain money from
the Waterworks Department Fund to the Public Workw Adminis-
tration Docket No. 2739, Contract Account Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Ualina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sun of $627.71 be and the same is here-
by appropriated and transferred from the Waterworks Department
Fund of the City of Salina to the "Public Works Admidstration,
Docket No, 2739, Contract Account Fund" as created by Section 1
of Ordinance No. 4348.
Section 2, The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and

Kansas, said sum of $627.71 in the account in said bank, known
as "Public Works Administration Docket No, 273q, Contract Account"
as created and authorized by Section 4 of Ordinance No, 4338,
