ATS ORDINANCE MAKIT? 7 an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
Be IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioner:, of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section l.: '.':hat the sum of $7,561.72 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Constructirin Company from the
Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Mstimate
Number 33, for material furnished and labor performed in the con-
structi<,n of Storm Sewer Number 9-A, prior to April 2nd, 1934,
under contract dated October 26, 1933,
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be
payable,on or before 4 months from date and to draw interest
at the rate of four (4%) per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $70561.72 be and the
same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Comparq
from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment
Of Estimate Number 3, for material furnished and labor performed
in the construction of Storm Sewer Number 9-A, prior to April
2nd, 1934, under contract dated October 26, 1933.
Section 2. - That a Temporary Note of the City of
Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned
In Section OIIe (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be
payable on or before 4months from date and to draw inter-
est at the rate of four (4%) per cent perannum.
Section L. This ordinance shall tke effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
