ORDINANCE N0, 4380
AN ORDIPANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of '$72434.02 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from
the-Lipecial Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment
of Estimate Number 1, for material furnished and labor performed
in the construction of Storm ..:ewer Number.9-B, prior to April
2nd, 1934, under contract dated T,ovember 27, 1933.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance, said 'T'emporary -Note to be
payable on or -before four months from date and to draw interest
at the rate of four (4%) per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $7,434.02 be and the
same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company
from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment
of Estimate Number 10 for material furnished and labor performed
in the construction of Storm Sewer Number 9-B, prior to April
2nd, 1934, under contract dated November 279 1933.
Section 2. -,That a Temporary Note of the City of
Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporaty Note to be
payable on or before four months from date and to draw interegb
at the rate of four (4%) per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after itspassage.
