4374 AppropriationsOR='ANCE N0, 4374 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: i Section 1. That the sum of $7,356.69 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate Number 25, for material furnished and labor performed in the construction of Storm Sewer Number 9-A, prior to Marchl, 1934, under contract dated October 260 1933. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Neste to be payable on or before 5 months from date and to draw interest at the rate of four (4i') per cent per annum.
