AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim from the 'Public Works Administration Docket No. 2739
Contract Account Fund."

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $3,561.49 be and the same is

hereby appropriated out the "Public Works Administration Docket
No. 2739 Contract Account Fund" for the payment of the following
claim:
Johnson Bros. Construction Estimate Number 3 for the General
Company Contract for reconstruction of
pumping station of the Waterworks
System of the City of Salina - $3,561.49
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

is hereby appropriated out the "Public Works Administration Docket
No. 2739 Contract Account Fund" for the payment of the following
claim:

Company General Contract for recon-
struction of pumping station
of the Waterworks System of the
City of Salina - - - - - - -$3,561.49
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim men-
tioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shalliake effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
