ORDNANCE N0, 4372
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim from the "Bublic Works Administration Docket No, 2739
Force Account Fund."
BE I'f ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $447.07 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out 'Public Works Administration Docket Number 2739
Force Account Fund" for the payment of th4 following claim:
Hull Electric Company, Material and labor for reconstruction
of pumping; station of the Waterworks
system of the City pf Sa13na - - - - 1x447.07
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant coi:ntersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim from the "Public Works Administration Docket No. 2739
Force Account Fund."
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $447.07 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out "Public Works Administration Docket
Number 2739 Force Account Fund"for the payment of the following
claim:
Hull Electric Company, Material and labor for reconstruction
of pumping station of the Waterworks
system of the City of Salina - - -$447.07
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
