ORDINANCE Ivo. 4367
Section 1. That the sum of $52814.90 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the "Public Works Administration Docket No. 2739,
Contract Account Fund' for the payment of the following claim:
Johnson Bk os. Construction For Estimate No, 2 for.the
Cor ipany General Contract for recon-
struction of pumping station
of the Waterworks System of
the City of Salina - - - - w5,814.90
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
