4366 Appropriations161 ORDINANCE N0, 4366 All ORDINANCE making an appropriation from the funds of the 'Nater Department for the purchase of a temporary note of the City of Salina. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of 05,425.10 be and the same is hereby appropriated from the funds of the Water Depart-ment of the City of Salina in the City Treasury for the purchase from H. J. Taylor Construction Company of a Temporary Note of the City of Salina issued to said H. J. Taylor Construction Company in the sum of $5,425.10 as authorized by Ordinance lio. 4365 passed and approved February 5, 1934, said note to be held as part of the Sinking Fund of the Water Department and exchanged for cash at the time bonds are issued in payment of the cost of sewer improvements under contract dated October 26, 1933, Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is here- by authorized to issue a warrant to H. J. 'Taylor Construction Company, countersigned by the City Tv1anager upon the City Treasurer in payment of the purchase price of the temporary note mentioned in Section 1 of this ordinance. Section 3.
