ORDINANCE N0, 4365
AN ORDINAPCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 45,425.10 be and the same is here-
by appropriated to H. J. aaylor Construction Company from the
Special Seger Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate
Number 1, for material furnished and labor performed in the construc-
tion of Storm Sewer No. 9-A, prior to February 1, 1934, under contract
dated October 26, 1933.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, nansas,
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One
(1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before
6 months from date and to draw interest at the rate of four (4f)
per cent per annum.
Section 3, This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1., That the sum of $5,435.10 be and
the same is hereby appropriated to H. J• Taylor Construction
Company from the Special Sew*r, Fuad in the City Treasury for
the payment of Estimate Number 1, for material furnished and
labor performed in the construction of Storm Sewer No. 9-A,
prior to February 1, 1934, under contract dated October 26,
1935.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of
Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be
payable on or before 6 montha°Ca from date and to draw interest
at the rate of four (0) per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
