AN ORDIYANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
BE TT ORDAINED by the Board of Comm'ssioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 6,606.59 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Relief Highway Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of miscellaneous clai s incurred for
supplies and materials required and necessary for use in the con-
struction, maintenance and operation of City streets, avenues or
boulevards, showing; to whom, and for what purpose the claim is paid.

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
autlgorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section
One ( 1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take ef-ect and be in force
from and after its passage.

Kansas:

is hereby appropriated out of the Relief highway Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of miscellaneous claims incurred for supplies
and materials required and necessary for use in the construction, main-
tenance and operation of City streets, avenues or boulevards, showing
to whom, and for what purpose the claim is paid.
