BE TT ORDAINED by the Board of Comm'ssioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of 6,606.59 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Relief Highway Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of miscellaneous clai­ s incurred for supplies and materials required and necessary for use in the con- struction, maintenance and operation of City streets, avenues or boulevards, showing; to whom, and for what purpose the claim is paid.
