AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of miscellaneous
clairs from Public Works Administration Docket No. 2928, Force
Account Fund.
BE I1' ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $5,292.22 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of "Public Works Administration, Docket No, 2928,
Force Account Fund", for the payment of the following claims, re-
lating to the construction of water mains in Walnut Street:
National Cast Iron Pipe Company, Cast Iron Pipe 42116.74
The Ludlow Valve Mfg, Company, Hydrants & Valves 1,175.48

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants, countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
