AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $3,621.80 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the "Public Works Administrat-on
Docket No, 2739 Force Account Fund" for the payment of the
following clai--ls:
General Electric Company, Electrical equipment for recon-
struction of pumping station of
the Waterworks System of the City
of Salina - - - - - - - - $ 2578.40
Hull Electric Company, Material and labor for recon-
struction of pumping station
cif the Waterworks Spstem of
the City of Salina - - - - $ 1043.40
Total - - - - - $ 3621.80
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
