Section 1. That the sum of $4,317.30 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the "Public Works Administration Docket

No. 2739 Contract Account Fund" for the payment of the following

claim.
Johnson Bros. Construction Co. For Estimate No. 1 for the General
Contract for reconstruction of
pumping station of the Waterworks
System of the City of Salina
$4,317.30
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
i
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the -payment of the claim mentioned
i
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
I
from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansass
Section 1. That the sum of $4,317.30,be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the "Public Works Administration
Docket No. 2739 Contract Account Fund* for the payment of the fol-
lowing claim:
