AN ORDI1TA11CTs making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $40,998.15 be ard the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Bonds & Interest Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claims:

W. M. Jardine, State Treasurer Bonds & Interest due
Jan. 11 1934 90.00

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Vlanager upon
the City Treasurer, payable on, but not before, January lst, 1934,
in payment of the claims mentioned in Section One (1) of this
ordnance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and e in force
rom and after its passage.
