ORDINANCE N0. 4334
AN 0)R1-)I1',j1,NCE appropriating and transferring certain monies from
the unexpended balance account in the General Fund of the
City of Salina to certain other funds.
BE Irl' ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated
and tranferred from the unexpended balance account in the General
Fund of the City of Salina to the Park Fund the sum of $155.94,
and to the Water and Light Fund the sum of X3760.57, and to the
Fire Department Fund the sum of $1780.41
Section. 2. The City Clerk and City Treasurer of the City of

Salina are hereby authorized and directed to make the transfers
authorized by Section One of this ordinance and to make such
entries upon their books as may be necessary to transfer to the
funds above designated the amounts specified in Section One
hereof.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
after its passage.
